SAP Document Management
Manage, extend, file and archive: we bring your documents into SAP end-to-end — from document info records through classification and object links to the right content repository.
Integrated solutions for all SAP content repositories
SAP ships a set of integrated components for document management: the document management system (DVS/DMS), content and cache management, search functions and the archive interfaces. PLM-specific functions such as the engineering change service and CAD integration enable optimal use in product development. Our services cover the implementation of these standard components and their integration into your corporate IT.
Our modules are compact, scale to any company size and are easy to introduce. You can use SAP standards or integrate your own business logic — many scenarios are supported out of the box. We bring many years of expertise in SAP PLM, ECTR, document info records (DIS) and classification, and we also support the migration of document inventories.
SharePoint as content repository: with our ArchiveLink interface you use your existing SharePoint (Server or Online) as an SAP repository — through the SAP standard interface, so the familiar filing functions from OAWD, GOS and SAP PLM keep working. In addition, index and metadata can be transferred flexibly to SharePoint so that non-SAP users can find, filter and display documents in a structured way. You will find more depth on our dedicated sites sharepoint-archivelink.com and — for cloud archiving with Azure, S3 & co. — cloud-connector-online.com.

Frequently asked questions
Can we use our existing SharePoint as an SAP archive?
Yes. Our ArchiveLink interface turns SharePoint (Server or Online) into a fully-fledged SAP content repository — with all standard filing functions. Metadata can be transferred in addition so that non-SAP users can work with the documents in a structured way.
Is your consulting product-neutral?
Yes. From setting up your content server (KPro and other solutions) to the repository decision we advise neutrally and objectively — the best solution for your processes comes first, not a particular product.
Do you also support migrating existing document inventories?
Yes. We migrate documents and document info records from legacy systems and archives — traceably and with clean links to the SAP objects.
Does this match your project?
